Single wavelength, high luminous efficiency, low energy consumption
UVLED can directly convert electrical energy into UV light, and it emits single-band ultraviolet light. The light energy is highly concentrated in the specific 365nm ultraviolet light band. Al contrario, traditional UV mercury lamps have a wide emission spectrum. The ultraviolet spectral band that truly plays a role in effective curing only accounts for a part of it. Does not emit infrared rays or ozone
Traditional mercury lamps emit infrared rays and generate a lot of heat, which can easily cause damage to heat-sensitive substrates. Tuttavia, UVLED is a cold light source, which can effectively prevent the substrate from shrinking and deforming due to overheating. It has a wider adaptability to materials. It is very energy-efficient and easy to control.
Long service life and low maintenance cost
The lifespan of LEDUV lamps can exceed 10,000 ore, which is more than 10 times that of traditional mercury lamps.
